is a sub division of Mod Electron Company which is the first manufacturer and provider of RFID products in the Middle East. Mod Electron Company was established in 1982 in Iran. Our complete RFID products include UHF short / long distance reader writer covering all standards and frequency ranges in all over the world, including ISO 18000-6 B and C Generation 2.
The variety of our products would cover any need in industry, asset, attendance, inventory, pay toll in high way, and many other solutions. Our UHF reader / writers from hand held reader to long range reader covers from 3 meters reading range till 12 meters according to the latest technology and design. Mod RFID has designed latest HF , RFID readers in all standards including ISO 14443A , B , Mifare , Mifare plus, ultra-light or ISO 15693 from proximity or NFC to long range till 1.5 meter reading range with more than 5W power output. Our LF Readers cover all needs, reading range from proximity till one meter, covering all existing standards included animal tracking, parking lots , time attendance or assets. Mod RFID recently designed an access control module to control up to 4 doors and if is used in a network could control up to 255 doors through internet or LAN. News
May 1994 Mod Electron suggested the probability of reading the meters from distribution post of electricity, to the official organization of Kerman power distribution. Mod Electron signed the research contract of AMR (Automatic meter reading) with Kerman distribution of electricity organization on Feb1995 Mod Electron finished the research of AMR on August 1996.
Mod Electron awarded the best researcher of the year by university of Kerman on doing the AMR project.
Dec1996. Mod Electron has started research for Zarand Electricity producer’s tacho turbine generator and made complete controlling and monitoring of turbine tacho turbine generator.
APR\1999 Mod Electron installed more than 15 AC/DC motor drive including all panel and appropriate control of cutter machines in Karoon palm and paper project in Shooshtar.
Feb/2000 Mod Electron was invited by Iran Khodro the largest car manufacturer of Middle East to solve their problems with EMS systems to keep running and travelling the chassis in paint shop No.2, which was discontinued from a Europe company.
Jan/2008Mod Electron completed the design of the first long range RFID reader in Iran. June/2009 Mod electron installed first complete SMT line machinery to manufacture his own PCBA in Iran.
